Issues with cleanliness, bins not emptied, dust on light fittings and skirting boards, carpets needing vacuuming. Hand wash provided in the bathroom was actually washing up liquid, caused a flare-up for my daughter's eczema.

Great and EXCELLENT location near to good restaurants and a taxi of £2.00 for bus, and the room was spacious. The whole experience met requirements, I would stay here again and again.

We had a wonderful stay in Liverpool adjacent to the shops and University, Philharmonic Hall and a taxi of £2.00 for bus which was right outside the property. Its location was magnificent, just a few steps away from Everyman Theatre...

The location of the apartment was ideal, just a short walk from the city center and close to the Philharmonic Hall. the beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a night out. The communication from the owner was excellent, making it easy to pick up and drop off the keys.

The apartment needed some maintenance, with issues like a broken shower adjuster and a loose radiator.

My stay at The Symphony Apartment was fantastic. The location was ideal, with plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. The apartment itself was clean and spacious, perfect for our sightseeing trip. The owner was extremely helpful and always available to answer any questions. The location of the apartment was fantastic, just what we needed for our weekend getaway. It was centrally located and close to everything we wanted to see and do. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating all four of us. We had plenty of room to move around and store our belongings. The hosts were also great, communicating with us throughout our stay and promptly addressing any issues or needs we had. We really appreciated their responsiveness and helpfulness.

One aspect we weren't too fond of was the shower. The water temperature seemed to be consistently cold, which made for somewhat uncomfortable showers.
